What copyright should be in my opinion:
- If your not using it for commercial use it's not breaking copyright, period.
So If you haven't claimed it to put ads on the video for your own revenue gain it shouldn't be breaking copyright.
So I don't know why record labels assume that I'm going to upload a video with my full intention to use it for commercial so they claim, block videos and even close down channels.
So yea I guess YouTube is a fully commercialized platform, so every time you upload a video just make sure you have "full intention to claim it" even tho you don't want to because you know it's copyrighted (so your not actually breaking copyright).
I think copyright is going to go so far that when I say "I had some Coca-Cola today" In a VLog that the Coca-Cola company will take down my video because I said their brand without their permission. LOL
Ever since I got my partnership with the Machinima Network any copyrighted content is now on my Archive channel now, all proceeds I get from the videos go towards the Record Label I WANT MORE MONEIZ Foundation because they think I'm using the videos for commercial use.. right.
